Payment Method

We accept payment via online banking (HitPay), credit and debit card.

Shipping Information

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

LOCAL

Peninsular Malaysia - RM10 (flat rate)

Sabah & Sarawak - RM15 (flat rate)

For Lalamove/Grab delivery option, orders made before 3 pm on any working days will be processed and completed promptly for efficient service. We will contact you for delivery status via WhatsApp. Pickup will be from Desa Pandan. Delivery fee made by Grab or Lalamove will be borned by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL (Kindly contact us via email to ship internationally)

International shipments are done using Teleport for Singapore & Bangkok and either Aramex or DHL for others.

Singapore - RM20 (for first kg)

Brunei - RM40 (for first 5kg)

Please note that international orders are subject to each country's custom and import duty fees. The shipping duration may take longer during the festive and major sale seasons and/or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
