Orders

1. Once order is made, you can't cancel your order so decide wisely!

2. If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@ktees.co immediately together with your contact details, order number and the correct shipping address.


 Domestic Shipping

1. We deliver to Malaysia which will be shipped via local couriers. Free shipping (Peninsular Malaysia only) is offered for purchase of RM110 and above and via PosLaju only.

2. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 48 hours except on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Those orders will be shipped on Monday.

3. Standard delivery time is next working day up to 3 (three) working days subject to delivery area.

4. We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address.

5. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

International Shipping

1. We deliver internationally to Singapore and Bangkok for a flat rate fee of RM40 for first 5kg. For other countries, please email us at hello@ktees.co for more info. Any additional fee for tax and duties are to be borned by customer.

1. Some of our prints are hand made so do expect a slight imperfection when it comes to your tee or tote bag. But, here at Ktees.co we embrace imperfections as it is what make us one of a kind and unique!

2. We do not re-stock our existing designs as we want the product to be limited and exclusive.

Return & Refund Policy

1. We strictly do not offer returns or refunds due to hygienic reasons.

2. Sale items are final; meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
If you think your order is applicable for a refund, send us an email at hello@ktees.co. Complaints must be made not more than seven (7) days after item(s) is received.

We will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your email.


Exchange Policy

We always ensure products are in good condition before shipping them out. We only accept exchanges if they are defective or damaged exclusive of damages to the packaging.

1. Item(s) has not been used and in the original packaging.


2.Item(s) must be posted within seven (7) upon receiving local delivery. Item(s) received more than seven (7) days will not be entertained. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.


3. Item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability.


To apply for an exchange, send us an email at hello@ktees.co indicating your order number and a picture of the product. We will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your email.

We are unable to offer any replacement for any other reasons (eg. change of preference).
